David Em produces abstract and surrealist digital art. Em is a digital media pioneer who began creating digital paintings in 1975. Em’s art appeals to me because of its organic nature which gives the impression of a fantasy or steampunk setting. I would like to apply the way in which Em combines abstract organic forms with geometric forms to ground his pieces. I think that is what lends his works a feeling of inner consciousness.
